Ashish helps to communicate these objectives to his development team, by playing a crucial role in coding and User Interface (UI) design. His technical skills further allow him to communicate efficiently and optimally with programmers. Given his vast experience in handling an extensive portfolio, fuelled by his passion for the medium, and years of exposure to the Internet, Ashish contributes to each of his projects personally.

He heads a team of highly motivated and experienced professionals which includes graphic designers, , UI experts, HTML specialists, web optimizers, web programmers, senior software developers, database specialists, as well as quality and support desk personnel. The programming specialists work in ASP, PHP, and Open Source and the latest development standards and new technologies such as JQuery, HTML 5, and CSS 3.
